My particular interest lies in psychoanalytic theory, which not only prepares solid ground for psychotherapy, but can also be used in everyday life. Having the freedom to think about different processes in context and to get closer to the unconscious awakens my curiosity and creates understanding.

Exploring the unconscious and observing its influence on everyday life, naming it and thus bringing it into the conscious mind is often the key to healing symptoms.

The past of our ancestors often controls the unconscious actions of future generations. This transference, often associated with trauma, became my topic for therapy and research.

The relationships between different people in a group, as well as in a partnership or between generations in the family arouse my interest. This is the reason why I devoted many years of my training and work to this topic and why it remains the focus of my professional attention.

My activities in the subject of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic thinking are very diverse:

  • Psychoanalytic psychotherapy in private practice

  • Lectures at international symposiums and conferences on the topic of the development of trauma in Holocaust child survivors or the differences between psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy

  • Training for laypeople in the context of psychoanalytic thinking and transference of psychological trauma

  • Member of the editorial board of the professional journal Revue for psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic therapy of the Czech Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

I have been living in Bavaria since 2015 and have opened my own practice here, as I did in Prague. I offer my services in German, English, Slovak and Czech. I also speak Russian and Hebrew.
