Group analysis

"Members of a coherent group feel warmth and comfort in the group and a feeling of belonging. They value the group and they feel that they are being valued, accepted and supported from the group members in return."
Irvin D. Yalom
In a group of people with different yet so similar problems you can get a social and health benefit.
The dynamics of a group throughout analysis mimics everyday life. Humans are living beings living among other humans dealing with diverse relationships and personalities.
During the analysis occur situations that offer a complex insight due to professional guidance, interpretation and specific therapeutic intervention which wouldn't be possible in individual therapy.
The group can be either closed, half-opened or opened depending on the conditions under which new members can be incorporated. The group meets regularly in a stable environment and in established time range.
